Ivy's 100 WC #3

One little teddy bear
Lay on the sidewalk
Like a star in the sky
A little cuteness in the sadness
It may be beautiful
But it looks so lost
Like a little boat
Lost in the dark, deep sea
But in that darkness
There is a glow
Of hope and kindness
If a child comes upon
This little teddy bear
They might say:
“Oh! When I see this bear,
My heart will break and I will see
My grandmother, smiling
Saying comforting words, hugging me with
Her warm hands.”
They will hug the teddy

And soon it will have a home.

girl scout outdoor adventures

From the backyard to the country, Girl Scouts has a long, built, and successful history of getting girls outdoors. In fact, many Girl Scouts tell us “camping trips” are one of the best things about their Girl Scout experience. And that’s great news—because when Girl Scouts get outside, they: Discover that they can better solve problems and overcome challenges Develop leadership skills, build more socially, and are happier overall Become team players and care more about protecting our envir
